How to Order?
You must be 18 or older to order.

Use the online web catalog to browse and to help assist in making your selections.  If you have any questions or just need help on part selections feel free to give us a call or email us .

To Order by Telephone
Call 954-990-0931 to speak directly with sales.  You may alsoemail us  with your contact information and a sales person will contact you.

To Order by Email
After you're done selecting the parts you need from the online web catalog simply copy and paste the line items from the web catalog along with the quantity of each item into your email.  This will enable us to have a part number and full description on the items you are wanting to purchase.  A sales person will call you to verify the order and take your payment information.

Payment Method
We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal payments.  We also accept money orders, and certified checks, but this will increase your shipping time.  We authorize all credit card purchases with an address verification system.  This means your shipping address must be the same as the address to which the credit card statement is sent. 

You may pay for your order by enclosing a check or money orderin U.S. funds.

Standard Shipping
We ship in-stock products by FedEx Air and Ground Service from our warehouse within 48 hours of receipt of your order.  Please provide a street address, we cannot ship orders to a post office box.  If an item is out-of-stock at the time your order is received, but is due to arrive in our warehouse within 30 days, we will immediately ship it when it becomes available.  You will not be charged for the delayed item until it is shipped.

In-stock items will take 1 - 7 days delivery time depending on your location within the USA or International location.

All Pocketbikes are a flat $65.00 shipping charge anywhere in the 48 state mainland USA.

Rush Delivery!
If you need your order immediately, you can take advantage of ourOne or Two Day Guaranteedservice.  When you call in your order, give your street address and ask for a quote on the cost of theOne or Two Day Guaranteedservice.  You'll be quoted the shipping charges to deliver your order by FedEx Air.

Cancellations /Returns

A cancellation fee of 10% of the purchase price will be charged for cancellation of order on in stock bikes.

There are no cancellations allowed on factory ordered bikes.

Once bike has been shipped,  there are no returns, and no exchanges.

There are no returns or refunds on all parts and clothing items.  Clothing items may be sent back for sizing exchanges once we issue a RMA number.  All clothing items must be in new and unused condition at time of return.  You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Customer Service via email.

Warranty
These bikes are intended for racing purposes and do not come with any warranty.

We do, however, guarantee they will arrive in proper working order, and free of defects.

Should the product arrive damaged, we will order and ship the replacement parts to you free of charge.  You must provide (upon request) visual documentation (pictures, scans, video) of the damage.  If in the event we send you a replacement part to replace a damaged part, your credit card will be charged for the new part and credited back once we receive the damaged part.

Fraud
We will prosecute anyone attempting to make a fraudulent purchase.

Disclaimer:

These bikes, regardless of brand or type, do pose a certain risk due to their high performance.  Even at higher speeds the front end may come up abruptly and without warning when full power is applied.  They were planned and manufactured for the purpose of racing only and because any form of motorcycle racing is inherently dangerous it should only be attempted by competent riders wearing, at minimum, a helmet, boots, elbow and knee protection.  Any rider under 18 should be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. Fueling up the pocketbike indicates that you accept full responsibility for the proper use and maintenance of the pocketbike, and for your own personal safety.  Mid-South MiniMoto will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of any Mid-South MiniMoto products.
